End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the installation, activation, and use of Qualifying For A Home, a Windows desktop software application developed and distributed by NewTrend Products LLC ("Company").

Please read this Agreement carefully before installing or using the software. By affirmatively accepting this Agreement, you agree to its terms, subject to applicable law.

1. License Grant

Subject to compliance with this Agreement and payment of applicable license fees, NewTrend Products LLC grants the authorized license holder a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Qualifying For A Home during the applicable license term.

The software is licensed, not sold. All ownership rights and intellectual property rights remain with NewTrend Products LLC or its licensors.

2. Personal License Duration

The initial Personal License term is 12 months. Customers may voluntarily renew for an additional 3, 6, or 12 months.

Renewals are manual and do not involve automatic recurring charges. A renewal purchased before expiration extends the existing license term.

If a license expires without renewal, continued use of the software may be restricted until the license is renewed and successfully reactivated.

3. Authorized Users and Devices

A Personal License is assigned to its authorized license holder and associated email address.

The authorized user may activate the software on up to three active devices at a time using the same authorized email address and license key.

The authorized user may deactivate an existing device to make an activation available for another device.

License credentials may not be shared with unauthorized individuals.

4. Permitted Use and Restrictions

The software is intended for the authorized license holder's personal use. Except where permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized in writing, users may not:

5. Financial Information and Privacy

Qualifying For A Home processes income and debt information locally on the user's computer. This financial information is not transmitted to NewTrend Products LLC.

Financial calculations operate offline after initial activation. Users control whether to save local worksheets, print information, or export reports as PDF files.

Software activation and license management may require internet connectivity and involve processing license-related information. Additional details are available in our Privacy Policy.

6. Software Updates and Support

NewTrend Products LLC may provide software updates, corrections, or improvements at its discretion. Availability of updates or continued technical support is not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

7. Informational Use

Qualifying For A Home provides calculations and estimates for informational and educational purposes. Results depend on the information entered by the user and the assumptions used by the software.

The software does not provide mortgage approval, lending commitments, or individualized financial, legal, or tax advice.

Actual mortgage qualification, financing terms, and lending decisions are determined by lenders and other relevant financial institutions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

NEWTREND PRODUCTS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY COMPUTER CONFIGURATION.

NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT EXCLUDES WARRANTIES OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEWTREND PRODUCTS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE INSTALLATION OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEWTREND PRODUCTS LLC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SOFTWARE OR THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.

10. Computer Compatibility and Data

Users are responsible for maintaining reasonable backups of important files and for ensuring that their computer meets the published system requirements.

Although NewTrend Products LLC endeavors to provide reliable software, no software can be guaranteed to operate without errors or compatibility issues.

Claims involving alleged computer damage, data loss, or software malfunction will be evaluated based on the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Termination and License Revocation

This Agreement and the associated license rights may terminate upon expiration of the license term or material violation of this Agreement, subject to applicable law.

If a purchase is refunded, the associated software license and activation rights may be revoked.

Upon termination, the user must discontinue use of the software.

12. Refunds and Purchases

Purchases and refund requests are governed by our Terms of Sale & Refund Policy , including the 14-Day Limited Refund Policy, subject to applicable law and payment-provider procedures.

13. Changes to This Agreement

NewTrend Products LLC may update this Agreement from time to time. Updated versions may be published on the Company's website.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights under an existing license where prohibited by law.
