Qualifying For A Home was intentionally designed to operate offline after initial activation, helping protect your financial privacy.

Your income and debt information are processed entirely within the application on your computer and are never transmitted to NewTrend Products LLC.

Your financial information remains private, and you have full control over any worksheets or reports you choose to save, print, or export as PDFs.

Financial Information During Use

Income and debt information entered into Qualifying For A Home is maintained in the application's memory during use. The application does not automatically save this information to your computer or upload it to an online account.

Optional Worksheet Saving

You may choose to save your Income and Debts Worksheet as a CSV file on your own computer. You can reopen this file in Qualifying For A Home during a future session.

Saving a worksheet is optional. You control where the file is stored and are responsible for protecting any files you create.

Printing and PDF Reports

Qualifying For A Home allows you to print forms and create PDF reports. These actions are initiated by you, and the resulting files are handled locally on your computer.

NewTrend Products LLC does not receive copies of your worksheets or reports through these features.

Software Activation and Internet Connectivity

An internet connection is required for initial software activation and may be required for certain license renewal or management activities.

Once activated, Qualifying For A Home can perform its financial calculations offline. Income and debt information is not transmitted as part of the licensing process.
